Shipping Information
At CuteThee, we work hard to make sure your order is processed and delivered as smoothly and quickly as possible.
In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 4–25 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note:
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, shipping method, customs clearance, local carrier conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Verification
Once your order has been successfully authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email.
We begin preparing your order shortly after verification. Because orders may enter processing quickly, we may not always be able to make changes or cancel an order after it has been placed.
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you whenever possible.
Processing Time
Orders normally require 5–9 days for processing.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, inspect, pack, and arrange shipment for your order before it is handed over to the carrier.

Important Shipping Notes

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If your package has not arrived within 21 days after your order was placed, please contact our Customer Support team. Any delivery-related request must be submitted within 180 days from the date the order was placed.
